Questions

Do I hand you my leads?

No. A forwarding rule sends a copy; the original stays in your inbox and so does the client. The copy goes to a private address only your account resolves, a model reads it once to score it, and the verdict comes back into your thread. Nobody at Tripcreator AI reads it, and Triage never writes to your client. We keep the label, the score, a one-line summary and the sender’s name, so your digest works; never the message, the client’s address or contact details, or the reasons. One click on your account page deletes everything. Nothing trains a model.

How accurate is the score?

The judgments (readiness, budget realism, specificity, fraud markers) come from a purpose-built judgment model, combined by a fixed formula so the same enquiry always scores the same. Treat it as a ranking aid: read HOT first, SKIP last.

Does it work with Outlook, Apple Mail, web forms, Instagram or WhatsApp?

Anything that can forward an email works. Web forms already send email; Instagram and WhatsApp Business can forward or export to email. If mail reaches an inbox, it can reach Triage.

Will my clients see anything?

No. Scores go only to you. Triage never writes to the client. The reply draft opens in your own mail client, from your address; you send it or you do not.
